Fill out the required details and once you have entered your delivery address, check that all information is correct and choose your preferred payment method, then click “proceed with purchase”. Finally, you will receive a confirmation email with all details of the order and as soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive another confirmation email.

The products purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Lancaster Group Limited will refund the entire cost of products returned by the Customer provided that they are accompanied by the return authorisation issued by Lancaster Group Limited.
The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited via PayPal.
To carry out the returns procedure you must send an email to email@example.com to obtain an RMA – Returns Merchandise Authorization.
To carry out the return, you must wait for the returns authorisation issued by Lancaster Group Limited. The email containing the return authorisation must be included inside the package.
Lancaster Group Limited will send a pre-completed sheet with the return authorisation with the destination address to be applied to the package.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping. The package should be delivered closed to the courier.
Lancaster Group Limited will send an email confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure.
After receiving the email from Lancaster Group Limited confirming receipt of the return, the refund will be made within a maximum of 24 hours. The PayPal account may require additional processing time to be able to display the transaction.
The customs duties and VAT are not refundable. You can recover customs duties for returned items by contacting the customs office relevant to you directly. Any shipping costs are not refunded (unless it is a return of a defective item).
The shipping costs are born by Lancaster Group Limited if it involves a change of size, otherwise they are borne by the customer.
